Dayton Dragons - Fifth Third Field

Project Scope:  After performing admirably for almost 12 years since it's original construction prior to the 2000 season, the playing surface at Fifth Third Field was in need of major renovations.  To improve the performance, playability, safety, and aesthetics of the field, the drainage system, irrigation system, rootzone, and Kentucky Bluegrass playing surface were removed and replaced before the start of the 2012 season.

UNCC Fields 8&9 Relocation

Project Scope:  With the addition of a new football program in 2013, UNCC needed to make room for the new stadium.  As such, two of their recreation fields needed relocation.  The new fields were built with sand and compost amended into the native soil along with a sand-slit style 2" diameter drainage system installed on 10 foot centers.  The field was then hydraulically linked and capped with a 1"  sand layer along with new Bermudagrass sod.

Huntersville Athletic Park
